Dato' Goh is the founding member of DVM Group of companies. Dato’ Goh is a visionary who believes in leveraging technology in the right manner. With this in mind, he has led multiple initiatives that has resulted in significant benefits to its customers and corporations. Under Dato Goh leadership, DVM was listed in the MESDAQ market in 2004.
Dato’ Goh business acumen and with 23 year of experienced, was the managing director of Digital Transmission Systems which he started in 1991, a subsidiary of Lityan. In 1994 Lityan successfully listed in the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia.
His leadership, management, drive and good humor have helped to create a successful and continuously growing company. Dato Goh believes strongly in the importance of customer service and satisfaction, and long term partnership has helped develop DVM into a transnational company.
Dato’ Goh obtained his degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Malaya and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Cross University, Australia.

Chen Chee Peng

Chen Chee Peng joined the group in 1998, brings with him over 20 years of ICT industry experience and 10 years of software development in various programming language and operating systems. He has worked in the US for 4 years as a software engineer before coming back to Malaysia.
Mr Chen has lead a team of experienced staff in deploying key business and support systems solution for the telecommunications industry. He is a visionary in product and business development. His management style and out going personality create a unique culture within the organization which brings out the best from employees.
Mr Chen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Information Science from Ohio State University, USA and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Cross University, Australia.

Tan Sri Abdul Rahman
Chairman of DVM

Tan Sri Abdul Rahman was appointed the Chairman of DVM on 4 November 2003. Currently, he is the Chairman of Perbadanan Perwira Harta Malaysia, a subsidiary of Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera ("LTAT"), provided fund for memebers of the Malaysian Armed Forces mainly in property development and construction. He is also the chairman and director of a few otehr multinational and private companies established in Malaysia. He is a graduate of the Royal Military College, Malaysia and Army Staff College in Camberley, United Kingdom.
Tan Sri Abdul Rahman is also the Chairman of Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad, another public listed corporation in Malaysia.

Kamaruddin Bin Ngah

Kamaruddin Bin Ngah was appointed to the Board on 4 November 2003. Kamarudin obtained his Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Johore Technical Institute in 1970. He is presently the Managing Director of Maha Mekar Sdn Bhd, a company principally involved in spiral waste storage and handling systems. En Kamarudin is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

Lee Keat Hin

Lee Keat Hin was appointed to the Board on 29 April 2005. Mr Lee is presently the Managing Consultant for Proactive Consultancy Sdn bhd, a company principally involved in managing and advising companies in strategic management, corporate restructuring and turnaround projects. He graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honours) from the Universiti of Malaya and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Management and Institute of Internal Audit Malaysia. He is also the Acting Managing Director for Promet Berhad. Mr Lee is a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.
